Key Responsibilities:
Precisely assemble battery components according to detailed specifications and quality standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
Conduct thorough inspections of assembled batteries, promptly identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities to maintain product excellence.
Safely operate hand tools and machinery, applying proper techniques to enhance efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of production output, discrepancies, and other relevant data to support ongoing process improvements.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to foster a secure and compliant workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Excellent manual dexterity, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good hand-eye coordination and a strong focus on quality.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour
