Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Connecticut School Psychologist License
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a school-based environment
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing interventions, and guiding educational staff
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite and effectively coordinate support for multiple students
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate, confidential documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to support student learning and development
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
• Provide counseling and intervention services for students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in student evaluation, progress, and planning
• Support crisis intervention and promote positive, inclusive school environments
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation aligned with state and school policies
• Assignments include working at Bristol Central High School from late August 2026 through March 2027, and West Bristol School from October 2026 through January 2027
