Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes

• Move raw materials and finished products safely and accurately

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

• Comfortable using power tools and machinery

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a loud environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred)

• Basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
