School Psychologist - Hartford, CT

Seeking skilled School Psychologists to support student success through comprehensive assessment, intervention, and consultation services within an energetic educational environment. Multiple positions are open, with roles available at both a high school and an elementary/middle school campus. Each assignment allows you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute your knowledge of psychological best practices, and make a direct impact on student achievement and well-being.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut School Psychologist License (required)
• Previous experience as a school psychologist, preferably in a K-12 setting
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP development, special education law, and MTSS interventions
• Effective communication and collaborative problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
• Collaborate with special education teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention for students
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to address student needs
• Support the development of behavioral interventions and academic supports
• Participate actively in school-wide initiatives and meetings
