Central Coast Head and Neck Surgeons was established in 1989 and has 9 partners. The practice provides full spectrum care to diverse population spanning the county and beyond. It is affiliated with the 3 main hospitals in the county and utilizes the Monterey Peninsula Surgery Center which has 5 locations.

Required Qualifications:

    Board certified or eligible in general otolaryngology starting summer of 2027.

Key responsibilities:

    Provide full spectrum of otolaryngology to a diverse population.

  • \n

    Participate in 1 in 4 call rotation covering Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital and Natividad Medical Center (level 2 trauma center).

    Associate for one year with guaranteed base salary and production incentives on top. Typical associate makes $500,000+.

    Partner in one year with full time income ranging from $800,000 - $1,000,000+.
