Our organization is in search of a dedicated Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
OT Qualifications:Must be a graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Possession of a valid Occupational Therapy License in New York State is required.
Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care is preferred; however, recent graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Assess residents and create tailored OT treatment plans to address their unique needs.
Select activities that empower residents to perform daily tasks independently.
Monitor, evaluate, and document residents' progress in occupational therapy through detailed reporting.
Ensure resident confidentiality by managing sensitive information appropriately.
Foster a collaborative environment among the healthcare team.
