Landscape Architect - Paragon Associates
\nParagon Associates is seeking a Landscape Architect with strong site planning and land development experience to support a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will play a key part in design, planning, and project coordination, working closely with civil engineers and project teams on commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and support site planning and landscape design for land development projects \n
- Prepare and contribute to comprehensive plan sets, including site layout, grading, and design details \n
- Collaborate with civil engineering teams on drainage and stormwater management integration \n
- Assist in navigating the permitting and entitlement process with local agencies \n
- Serve as a project lead or key contributor, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams \n
- Contribute to site feasibility studies and conceptual design \n
- Support projects across a range of asset types, including: \n
- Commercial and industrial developments \n
- Hospitality (hotel projects) \n
- Residential and multi-family (including large-scale apartment developments) \n
- Infrastructure-related projects (e.g., sewer/water coordination, marina and flood study support) \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field \n
- Professional licensure (or progress toward licensure) preferred \n
- Strong experience in site planning and land development \n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or landscape design software \n
- Working knowledge of grading, drainage, and site design principles \n
- Familiarity with permitting, zoning, and municipal processes \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- $85K, depending on experience \n
