Job Summary
A growing medical spa in Whittier, CA is seeking a polished and service-focused Medical Spa Office Manager with strong experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic services, or plastic surgery environments.

The Medical Spa Office Manager will play a key leadership role in creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient practice setting for patients and team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily front office operations to ensure smooth workflow, professional service, and efficient patient flow.
- Leading, supporting, and developing front office staff through scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and day-to-day guidance.
- Managing appointment scheduling, staffing needs, inventory coordination, and administrative processes.
- Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members to support practice standards and continued growth.
- Maintaining office organization, service consistency, and compliance within a medical aesthetics environment.
- Promoting an outstanding patient experience through strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service leadership.

- Salary: up to $60,000/year DOE.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday and two Saturdays/month to start.
- Location: Whittier, CA.
