\n This opportunity will allow you to join an established wholesale distributor of air conditioning and heating equipment, accessories, and supplies. In this corporate accounting role, you'll oversee AP and general ledger functions while supporting month end close, reporting, staff development, and process improvements.\n

\n Accounting Supervisor Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Supervise AP and general ledger operations.
    • \n
  • Oversee invoices, payments, reconciliations, and AP aging.
    • \n
  • Support month end close, journal entries, and reporting.
    • \n
  • Partner with teams on inventory, freight, budgeting, and audits.
    • \n
  • Coach and develop accounting staff while improving processes.
    • \n

\n Accounting Supervisor Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
    • \n
  • 2+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
    • \n
  • Hands on AP, general ledger, and month end close experience.
    • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills. Epicor/P21 experience preferred

\n Location: Phoenix (Off Roeser and 24th St)\n
Pay: $80,000-$90,000 annually\n
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM\n
