Your expertise will be valued across both elementary and secondary environments, with a central "home base" at a vibrant elementary school.

What you’ll bring:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification
  • Experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Familiarity with MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and child-find protocols
  • Ability to support students across multiple grade levels (elementary and secondary)
  • Strong collaboration skills, working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic school environment

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to support student success and eligibility decisions
  • Collaborating in the MTSS and child-find processes to identify and address student needs
  • Working onsite, 37.5-40 hours per week across two buildings (one elementary, one secondary)
  • Serving as a resource for teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student mental health and learning concerns
  • Supporting the development and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Analyzing data to guide intervention strategies and improve educational outcomes
  • Attending meetings, offering insights on best practices, and ensuring compliance with state/federal guidelines
