What You'll Do:
· Handle inbound customer calls, assisting with account questions, transactions, and account maintenance.
· Provide exceptional service while helping clients navigate online account platforms and resources.
· Research and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
· Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
· Maintain compliance and confidentiality while supporting financial account services.

What We're Looking For:
· Customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales experience preferred
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
· Ability to learn complex information and navigate multiple systems.
· Interest in building a career within financial services.
· Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude .
Schedule:
· Monday-Friday with shift options available between approximately 6:45 AM and 4:00 PM. This is a fully onsite position in Denver, CO.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
