We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work from rough-in to startup.
\nResponsibilities

- Read Blueprints: Interpret architectural drawings, HVAC layouts, and structural specifications accurately. \n
- Lay Out Systems: Measure and mark locations for ductwork, equipment, and structural hangers. \n
- Fabricate & Install: Assemble, hang, or repair sheet metal products, HVAC duct systems \n
- Solve Problems: Troubleshoot mechanical, structural, or spatial conflicts on the job site. \n
Safety & Compliance
\n- \n
- Enforce OSHA: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. \n
- Lead Toolboxes: Conduct regular safety meetings and hazard assessments with the crew. \n
- Inspect Equipment: Verify that all machinery, rigging, and personal protective gear are safe. \n
Physical Requirements

- Heavy Lifting: Lift and carry tools or materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. \n
- Strenuous Positions: Climb ladders, work on scaffolding, and bend or kneel for long periods. \n
- Environment Tolerance: Work comfortably in varying weather conditions, loud environments, and confined spaces. \n
Qualifications & Experience
\n- \n
- Field Experience: 5+ years of sheet metal experience with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role. \n
- Trade Knowledge: Proficient in SMACNA standards, localized building codes, and advanced rigging. \n
