Inspector/ Packer Swing shift

Shift Schedule
Swing Shift
Monday- Friday 1:45 PM - 10:00 PM

Quality Control Specialist Responsibilities
Perform quality inspections during all phases of production
Inspect incoming materials for specifications and accuracy
Conduct visual and measurement tests using required tools
Approve or reject materials based on quality standards
Monitor in-process production and communicate adjustments to supervisors
Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
Complete documentation and maintain detailed inspection logs
Return products for rework when necessary and track corrective actions
Maintain and properly operate measurement equipment
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Support team members and assist with training when needed

Qualifications
Previous quality control experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of manufacturing processes and raw materials
Knowledge of safety standards and quality expectations
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
