Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers in the financial services industry. This role is based in New York and involves coordinating the recruiting process from start to finish. Client Details My client is a top financial services firm located in New York. Description Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support the onboarding process by collaborating with relevant teams. Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms. Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to the team. Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows. Handle other administrative tasks related to talent acquisition as needed.
