We're hiring a Dental Hygienist who wants outstanding work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in an outpatient clinical setting.

You'll step into an outpatient dental role focused on preventive care, patient education, and collaborative treatment planning. You'll work alongside an established team of Dentists and Dental Hygienists in a supportive practice that values teamwork and quality patient care. Full-time is preferred, but part-time candidates are welcome. You'll practice in Bristol, Vermont, a picturesque community nestled in the Green Mountains, offering small-town charm, outdoor recreation, and an exceptional quality of life.

\n • Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
\n • No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
\n • See just 6–7 patients per day with quality-focused appointment times
\n • Last patient scheduled at 4:00 PM, allowing time to complete documentation before the end of the day
\n • New patient appointments are 90–120 minutes and returning patient appointments are 60 minutes
\n • Join an established team of 2 Dentists and 3 Dental Hygienists

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Compensation: $55–$62 per hour, with new graduates starting at $55 per hour
