As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate care to help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needs and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
• Offering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, with a commitment to maintaining an active license in good standing throughout your employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the expectation that it remains current throughout employment.
