Non Invasive General Cardiology locums coverage in Ohio, inpatient rounding and consults with APP support and Epic. Weeknight and weekend call are part of the rotation.

Highlights


  • Inpatient general cardiology with rounding, new consults, and EKG reads as needed.
  • Supported by 3 to 4 inpatient APPs plus one other general cardiologist.
  • Mon to Fri day shift coverage with weeknight and weekend call coverage.
  • Open to IMLC physicians with an active LOQ while licensing is in process.

Practice Setting


  • Hospital based, inpatient general cardiology coverage.
  • Daily work includes rounding on inpatients and seeing new cardiology consults.
  • EKG reading as needed.
  • Team model includes 3 to 4 APPs for inpatient support plus one other general cardiologist.

Schedule


  • Monday through Friday day shift, scheduled hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Call includes 1 weeknight plus weekend call coverage.
  • Coverage need is due to loss of full time staff.

Requirements


  • Must be an MD or DO.
  • Cardiology, board certified or board eligible within 5 years.
  • DEA required.
  • Ohio license, will consider licensing candidates with active IMLC LOQ only.
