What You'll Do

\n

As Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager, you will play a central role in serving clients and helping

\n

lead the firm's tax practice. You will:

\n

Manage and review individual, business, estate, trust, and nonprofit tax engagements

\n

Lead proactive tax planning conversations with clients

\n

Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-value clients

\n

Identify planning opportunities and help clients make better financial decisions

\n

Review complex returns and support the preparation team

\n

Develop client relationships that go beyond annual compliance

\n

Mentor and support staff, helping build a strong internal team

\n

Work directly with firm leadership on practice growth, client service, and long-term

\n

succession

\n

Take on increasing leadership responsibility with a path toward partnership and

\n

ownership
