Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of a leading nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience or relevant internship/office experience. This role is on-site Monday through Friday in the Financial District. Client Details Non profit Description Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO. Assist with personal tasks including errands, household appointments, dry cleaning, food, etc. Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in planning and executing special projects and events. Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and communications as directed by the CEO. Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining files and records. Profile Completed Bachelors Degree is required seeking 2024 to 2026 applicants. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with managing executive-level schedules and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
