Salary:Up to£36,500 per annum
Shift:Days (Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:15pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm)

\n A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experiencedCNC Turner Programmerto join a well-established precision engineering business. Manufacturing high-quality bearing and precision components for a range of industries, you'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating modern CNC turning machinery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
\n CNC Turner Programmer Responsibilities:

\n
• Program, set and operate a range of CNC turning machines, including new Doosan Puma lathes
\n
• Create and edit programs using Fanuc controls
\n
• Use CAD/CAM software to produce machining programs
\n
• Carry out self-inspection using measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers and depth micrometers
\n

CNC Turner Programmer Experience:

\n
• Minimum of 2 years' experience programming Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes
\n
• Proven experience setting and operating CNC turning machines
\n
• CAD/CAM programming experience is essential
\n
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
\n
• Competent using precision measuring equipment for self-inspection
\n
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality components
