Clear Route to Head of Department

A respected specialist practice with an outstanding reputation in residential leasehold work is seeking an experienced Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its North West London team.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking for long-term progression. With the current Head of Department planning to retire within the next 2-3 years, the firm is looking to develop a successful successor from within.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of enfranchisement matters, including:

• Collective enfranchisement
\n
• Lease extensions
\n
• Freehold acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Drafting and negotiating notices, deeds, contracts and settlement agreements
\n
• Liaising with surveyors, managing agents, lenders, counsel and other solicitors
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
\n
• 5+ years' PQE
\n
• Strong enfranchisement experience
\n
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in collective enfranchisement matters
\n
• Confident managing files independently
\n
• Strong technical, drafting and client management skills
\n
• Commercial and collaborative approach
\n
