Quantity Surveyor | Residential | London (Hybrid – Victoria) | £45k–£50k

The Page (and Harris & Williams) is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to run the numbers across live residential schemes in London (£100k–£500k) — from tender to final account.

@ The Page: you'll compare contractor tenders and put together schedules of work.

@ Harris & Williams: you'll manage valuations, variations and cost reporting.

We're after someone with:

• ~5 years' QS experience, residential, London
\n
• Comfortable across pre- and post-contract work (tenders, schedules of work, valuations, variations)
\n
• Working knowledge of JCT contracts
\n
• Genuinely happy working alongside AI tools — this isn't a tick-box, it's how we operate
\n

No RICS chartership required. No NRM2 formality — these are smaller, practical jobs.

Hybrid: our Victoria office + WFH.

£45k–£50k DOE.
