Field Service Coordinator - HVAC - Must have a degree

We’re looking for a graduate to join the team as a Field Service Coordinator, coordinating HVAC engineers and ensuring customer jobs are scheduled, managed and completed efficiently.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate to develop experience across operations, customer service, engineering coordination and facilities management.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating a team of field-based HVAC engineers, managing appointments and acting as the link between customers, engineers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC engineers to customer sites
\n
• Manage incoming service requests and prioritise jobs
\n
• Coordinate engineer diaries, appointments and workloads
\n
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
\n
• Liaise with engineers to ensure jobs are completed on time
\n
• Track jobs against agreed SLAs and escalate issues where required
\n
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems
\n
• Support the wider operations and customer service teams
\n
