Senior Project Manager - Birmingham - 1 day a week in office - Enterprise SaaS - £70,000 - £80,000
\nThe Role
\nAn established B2B SaaS software company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of complex enterprise software implementation programmes for global customers operating in highly regulated industries.
\nWorking with some of the world's largest organisations, you'll be responsible for delivering large-scale software implementation projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. Typical implementation projects run between 5-8 months, with you'll typically managing 2 concurrent programmes depending on project complexity and size.
\nThis is a highly client-facing role where you'll become the trusted delivery lead for enterprise customers, confidently managing senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. You'll chair governance and steering committee meetings, own project plans, RAID logs, change control and resource planning, whilst ensuring budgets of £200,000 - £400,000 are effectively managed and commercial objectives are achieved.
\nYou'll work closely with Implementation Consultants, Customer Success and technical teams to coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring projects remain on track whilst building long-term customer relationships that continue beyond implementation.
\nThis position requires someone with the confidence and gravitas to challenge clients where necessary, manage difficult conversations professionally, and influence senior decision-makers within global organisations.
\nRequirements

- Around 10+ years' experience \n
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementation projects \n
- Previous experience within a SaaS or B2B software environment \n
- Experience managing implementation project budgets between £200,000 - £400,000 \n
- Strong customer-facing experience managing enterprise and global clients throughout the full project lifecycle \n
- Experience chairing steering committees and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives \n
- Excellent project governance skills including project planning, RAID management, change control, forecasting and resource planning \n
- Experience delivering projects within regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals or Manufacturing \n
- PRINCE2, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent Project Management qualification \n

- Knowledge of GxP validation or validated system implementations \n
- Experience delivering global software rollouts across multiple sites \n
- Commercial awareness with experience managing project financials and contract scope \n

Their customer base includes major global manufacturers and life sciences businesses, with implementation programmes delivered across international teams.
\nThe Project Management function is made up of a close-knit team of four experienced Project Managers, with two focused specifically on implementation programmes. Collaboration is a key part of the culture, with the team coming together in the office every once a week for planning, knowledge sharing and stakeholder meetings, while the rest of the week can be worked remotely.
\nThe salary for the role is £70,000 - £80,000. Alongside this is a performance bonus, standard company benefits, flexible remote working and genuine opportunities to work on high-profile global transformation programmes.
