Carpenter Multi Trade

We're looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to carry out responsive repairs in social housing properties across Northampton. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a company van and fuel card provided from day one.\n
As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be:\n
\n

\n
• Carrying out day-to-day responsive repairs
\n
• Completing first and second-fix carpentry
\n
• Undertaking minor plumbing repairs
\n
• Completing patch plastering and patch tiling
\n
• Working in occupied social housing properties
\n

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:\n
\n

\n
• Experience working in social housing or responsive repairs
\n
• A recognised Carpentry qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
\n
• Carpentry and multi-trade experience
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n

The Carpenter Multi Trade role offers:\n
\n

\n
• £21 per hour through the agency
\n
• Company van and fuel card from day one
\n
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
\n
• Permanent salary of £31,000
\n
• Call-out rota increasing earnings to around £38,000 per year
\n
• Weekly pay
\n
