Product Manager

Product Manager | Sheffield | Hybrid

A senior product role focused on owning customer-facing products. Rather than just coordinating delivery the Product Manager shapes the product roadmap, understand customer journeys deeply, and work closely with technology teams to improve simple, dependable, high-impact products in a purpose-led business.

You'll be working cutting edge user experiences at the forefront of what is possible with digital and AI powered solutions.

What you'll do:

• Set strategic direction for the product group

• Own the roadmap end-to-end

• Get close to customers and end-users
\n
• Build business cases and pitch them to senior leadership

• Run product discoveries that validate real problems and shape smart solutions

• Drive go-to-market and product rollouts from strategy to launch

• Scan the market for trends and feed them into what we build next
\n
