Role: Senior / Supervising Social Worker
\nContract: Full Time, Permanent
\nBasic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, dependent upon experience
\nBase Location: Remote - North East
\nCovering Area: Teesside and other areas of the North East

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parents in the Teesside area. Your responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents. \n
- Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children. \n

Who You Are\n- \n
- An enthusiastic and committed self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team. \n
- Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. \n
- Good IT skills with the capability to produce high-quality reports. \n
- A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration. \n
- Recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates too! \n
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding. \n
- A creative vision and a drive to innovate in the fostering sector. \n
