Basic Salary: Up to £43,626.47 per annum, dependent upon experience

Base Location: Remote - North East

Your Role\n

As a Senior / Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team, primarily working with Foster Parents in the Teesside area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of Foster Parents.
\n
• Ensuring high-quality placements for looked-after children.
\n

Who You Are\n

\n
• An enthusiastic and committed self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Excellent assessment skills and strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
\n
• Good IT skills with the capability to produce high-quality reports.
\n
• A qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
\n
• Recent experience in fostering and children’s services is desirable, but we welcome less experienced candidates too!
\n
• A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding.
\n
• A creative vision and a drive to innovate in the fostering sector.
\n
