\nProspero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL French Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Hackney from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students and deliver engaging French lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
\nThe successful candidate will be committed to raising attainment, creating an inclusive learning environment, and fostering a love of languages. The school has a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and a strong focus on staff development.
\nThe Role

- Teach French across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable but not essential). \n
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons. \n
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress. \n
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. \n
- Contribute to the wider life of the MFL department and school community. \n
The Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. \n
- Has experience teaching French in UK secondary schools. \n
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and classroom management. \n
- Is passionate about languages and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for students. \n
- Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one. \n
