Night Concierge

Role: Night ConciergeHours: 7:00pm - 7:00am, 4 on 4 offSalary: £28,000 per annumLocation: West London Development: Luxury residential development Team: Lone working role

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional front of house service to residents, visitors and contractors.
\n
• Carry out regular building patrols throughout the shift to ensure the security and safety of the development.
\n
• Monitor access to the building and respond to resident enquiries.
\n
• Maintain the presentation of the communal areas, including light cleaning duties.
\n
• Remove waste from designated areas during the night shift.
\n
• Clean and maintain communal lifts and entrance areas to ensure they are presented to a high standard for residents each morning.
\n
• Report maintenance issues, health and safety concerns, and security incidents as required.
\n
• Complete shift handovers and maintain accurate site records.
\n

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a high-end residential development or 5-star hospitality environment.
\n
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
\n
• Immaculate personal presentation and a strong attention to detail.
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
\n
• Proactive, with the ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
\n
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
\n
• Able to provide excellent employment references and successfully complete full pre-employment vetting checks.
