This is a fantasticopportunity to see how we work behind the scenes within the world of Rewardand Recognition .What youll do:You will be helping support the operational delivery of reward processesincluding salary reviews and annual incentive plans.Ensure accurate and timely data management across HR and payroll systems.Support cyclical reward activities and reporting, including audits andcompliance checks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reward-related workflowsand service delivery.Maintain documentation and process guides to ensure consistency and clarity.The skills youll need:Previous experience in Pay Awards, Bonus and Reward dataAbility to analyse and interpret dataExperienced working with large data setsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Someone with strong Excel skills and keen interest in data.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A collaborative mindset, commitment to continuous improvement, and willingness to learn fast.
