We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our client during an exciting phase of growth and innovation .The organisation has a long-standing history of providing valuable insights.

The Product Manager will focus on CRM, ERP, subscription management, and customer workflows.

\n


\n

Main Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Lead Agile Product Development in CRM and ERP domains owning the end to end product lifecycle
  • \n
  • Gather requirements of Senior Management, Business Owners, Business Users and Customers into a Product Roadmap with clearly
  • \n
  • Maintain strong understanding of customer feedback, issues, and needs, feeding insights into product improvements.
  • \n
  • Expand and enhance CRM and ERP workflows.
  • \n
  • Expand and improve MS Business Central
  • \n
  • Ensure high quality of products and services with continuous feature deployment and enhancements.
  • \n

Required Skills

\n
    \n
  • Professional Product Owner qualification or equivalent.
  • \n
  • Strong experience with mid-size CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho).
  • \n
  • Experience with MS Business Central.
  • \n
  • Ability to maintain active product roadmaps and product backlogs.
  • \n
  • Experience delivering digital, cloud-based products and services.
  • \n
  • Strong Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) with hands-on delivery experience.
  • \n
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • \n

Desired Skills

  • Professional Product Manager qualification.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of good software development and QA practices.
  • \n
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence, Teams).
  • \n
  • Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Jotform).
  • \n
