Job Description

The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will take ownership of the systems, processes and quality standards that underpin successful manufacturing scale-up. Supporting both product development and production activities, you will help establish the foundations for reliable and repeatable manufacturing.

The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will be responsible for:

\n
    \n
  • Developing and implementing quality systems, process controls and manufacturing procedures.
  • \n
  • Establishing quality standards, validation approaches and performance metrics.
  • \n
  • Leading root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
  • \n
  • Maintaining manufacturing and quality documentation, including SOPs and process records.
  • \n
  • Supporting the transfer of new materials and processes into controlled manufacturing environments.
  • \n
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, consistency and manufacturing readiness.
  • \n

The Manufacturing & Quality Lead will have:

\n
    \n
  • A degree, or equivalent experience, in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
  • \n
  • Experience within quality, manufacturing, process development or production environments.
  • \n
  • Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes and quality systems.
  • \n
  • Strong understanding of process control, validation and manufacturing documentation.
  • \n
  • Experience leading root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • \n
