\nTSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor to cover surveys in South Wales.\n
\nAs a Domestic Energy Assessor you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties by assessing key elements such as kitchen,bathroom,central heating.\n
\nYour responsibilities will include:\n
\n Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.\n
\n Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location\n
\n Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings\n
\n Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.\n
\nAbout the role:\n
\nEPC only\n
\nLodgment covered\n
\nOutside IR35\n
\nIdeal Candidates:\n
\n Familiarity with the HHSRS system\n
\n Strong attention to detail and analytical skills\n
\n Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)\n
\n Experience in carrying out EPC\n
\n Accredited DEA\n
