Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Electrician to carry out repairs and maintenance on a permanent basis in Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Carry out a range of electrical repairs across properties, including rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and installation of emergency lighting and alarm systems.
\n
• Undertake testing, surveys and inspections as required, providing clear reports for both pre- and post-work approvals.
\n
• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
\n
• Participate in a 24-hour emergency call-out rota on a fair and structured basis.
\n
• Complete all digital work orders accurately and within required timeframes.
\n

Essential Experience of the Electrician:

\n
• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• 18th Edition and 2391
\n
• NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant qualification
\n
• CSCS Card
\n
