Salary: £160 - £230 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming Primary Academy based in Hull, who are looking to appoint a Key Stage 2 Teacher for an ongoing temporary position. The school is committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher on a temporary ongoing basis from September 2026. The successful Key Stage 2 Teacher will be expected to work across all KS2 year groups, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of behaviour, and ensuring positive outcomes for all pupils. This role would suit an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The successful Key Stage 2 Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 / KS2

• A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

• Excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
