Head of Data & Management Information A major financial services organisation is seeking an exceptional Head of Data & Management Information to lead enterprise data, regulatory reporting and management insight across the business. This is a high-profile leadership role with direct exposure to the COO, Executive team and Board. This is an opportunity to shape the future data strategy of a growing regulated business while maintaining excellence across reporting, governance and controls. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, driving transformation programmes that improve decision-making, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. What we're looking for:\n

• Proven leadership experience within banking, fintech or regulated financial services
\n
• Strong ownership of regulatory reporting frameworks and governance processes
\n
• Deep understanding of PRA and FCA reporting requirements
\n
• Track record delivering enterprise data, MI or reporting transformation programmes
\n
• Experience developing Board and Executive-level management information
\n
• Strong background in data governance, data quality and control environments
\n
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across the organisation
\n

Contract Details:\n

• 6-month initial contract

• Hybrid working with offices in Hertfordshire
\n
• Immediate or short-notice start preferred
