Are you an experienced multi-site manager with a passion for people, service delivery and operational excellence?

We're recruiting for an Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of cleaning and facilities contracts across Reading, Didcot, Oxford and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role offering the autonomy to manage your own region while leading frontline teams and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing multiple cleaning and facilities management contracts, ensuring sites consistently deliver high standards of service, compliance and customer satisfaction. Working closely with clients and site teams, you'll act as the key link between operations and service delivery.

This is a varied role where you'll be out on site, supporting teams, building client relationships, solving problems and driving performance across your area.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of cleaning and facilities management contracts across West London.
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
\n
• Conducting regular site audits and quality inspections.
\n
• Recruiting, training, supporting and motivating site-based teams.
\n
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and company standards are met.
\n
• Supporting new contract mobilisations and site set-ups.
\n
• Managing staffing levels, absence cover and operational challenges.
\n
• Using IT systems to maintain accurate records and reporting.
\n

About You

We're keen to speak to candidates with experience in:

You'll be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A full UK driving licence is essential.
