Applications Support Engineer (NetSuite)

- Mostly Remote (UK) | Milton Keynes 1-2 times per month \n
- £60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits \n
We're looking for an Applications Support Engineer to take ownership of a business-critical NetSuite platform within a growing organisation investing heavily in its technology.
\nThis is more than a support role - you'll become the go-to expert for NetSuite, driving improvements, supporting users, enhancing integrations and helping shape the future applications roadmap.
\nWhat you'll be doing
\n- \n
- Supporting and administering NetSuite and connected business applications. \n
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting technical issues. \n
- Managing upgrades, releases and system improvements. \n
- Configuring workflows, saved searches, forms, roles and permissions. \n
- Supporting integrations with third-party applications and APIs. \n
- Working closely with Finance, HR and business stakeholders to improve processes. \n
- Driving governance, documentation and best practice across the platform. \n
What we're looking for

- Experience supporting or administering Oracle NetSuite. \n
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, workflows and integrations. \n
- Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and driving continuous improvement. \n
- Someone open to learning new business applications to support \n
