The Opportunity

This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who wants real ownership. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and assignments, take the lead on business development, and play a visible role in growing our HR offering across our markets. You'll have the backing of an established brand and a collaborative team, with the autonomy to build something that's genuinely yours.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Leadership & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery of senior-level roles and assignments, setting the standard for service excellence across your portfolio.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping how they approach talent strategy — not just filling vacancies.
\n
• Build deep, lasting client partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals.
\n

Business Development & Market Growth

• Drive proactive business development, identifying and converting new client opportunities within HR and across our wider markets.
\n
• Build and own a sustainable pipeline, using your market knowledge to spot trends before your competitors do.
\n
• Represent Hansen Filler as a credible voice in the HR market across the UK, US, and Europe.
\n

Leadership & Collaboration

• Bring energy and expertise to the wider team — mentoring junior colleagues and sharing best practice.
\n
• Collaborate across our Transformation and Finance practices to unlock cross-practice opportunities for clients and for you.
\n
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the practice as it scales.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Proven experience in senior recruitment or executive search, ideally with a track record in HR, Transformation, or Finance.

• A strong personal network and the credibility to build senior-level client relationships from day one.
\n
• A track record of business development success - you know how to build a pipeline and convert it.
\n
• Commercially sharp, organised, and comfortable managing multiple senior assignments at pace.
\n
• Strong Consultants with clear ambition and momentum are encouraged to apply, even if you're not yet operating at Senior Consultant or Manager level.
