I am currently working with a leading International Law Firm who are looking to recruit a Trade Mark Paralegal to the team due to an internal promotion. The team is renowned for their Brands practice and they deal with a real range of different clients including Fashion Brands, Gaming and Betting clients and Broadcasters. They are looking for someone to take a lead on the Renewals side of things and are open to Trade Mark Paralegals, Secretary's and Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and filing trade mark and design applications.
\n
• Preparing and filing all registry forms including for oppositions.
\n
• Reporting and carrying out trade mark and design renewals.
\n
• Preparing initial cost estimates for trade mark and design filings.
\n
• Preparing trade mark and design schedules for clients.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Minimum of two years experience of Trade Marks experience
\n
• Ideally will be CITMA qualified but this is not a requirement
\n
• Ability to carry out all aspects of trade mark and design formalities work
