Sentrex Services UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial cleaning and facilities management contracts across the North West. We are looking for a proven Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager with experience in multi-site management, service delivery, team leadership and customer relationship management

What You'll Be Doing\n'05; Leading the operational delivery of multiple commercial cleaning contracts
\n'05; Managing, coaching, and developing Account Managers, Supervisors, and site teams
\n'05; Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
\n'05; Conducting site audits and performance reviews to maintain service excellence
\n'05; Managing labour costs, budgets, contract profitability, and KPIs
\n'05; Driving Health & Safety compliance and quality standards
\n'05; Supporting recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee development
\n'05; Identifying opportunities for contract growth and additional services
\n'05; Ensuring operational excellence across all sites within your region
What We're Looking For\n'14; Experience as a Regional Operations Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role
\n'14; Strong background in Contract Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Facilities Management, or Soft Services
\n'14; Proven experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams
\n'14; Excellent leadership, communication, and customer management skills
\n'14; Strong commercial awareness with budget and KPI management experience
\n'14; Full UK Driving Licence
