Your Role\n

As a PSHE/Careers Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. You will:

  • Develop and deliver engaging programs in PSHE, Careers, vocational subjects, and ASDAN.
    • \n
  • Motivate and inspire young people to reach their full potential.
    • \n
  • Build trusting relationships with students to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers and teaching assistants.
    • \n
  • Contribute to the overall development and success of our school.
    • \n

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • \n
  • A passion for working with vulnerable young people
    • \n
  • High expectations and a clear vision of educational excellence
    • \n
  • Outstanding classroom management skills
    • \n
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work collaboratively
    • \n
  • Driving capability for both manual and automatic vehicles

Working Conditions\n

This is a full-time, permanent position, working term time only. Your hours will be:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM
    • \n
  • Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM
    • \n
Compensation\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £37,800, depending on your experience.
