The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and consistent residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity from instruction through to completion
\n
• Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
\n
• Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients
\n
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation
\n
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
\n
• Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
\n

About You

• Experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
\n
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Organised, proactive, and keen to progress within a reputable firm
