\nAt Terberg DTS, we're looking for a Regional Service Controller to take ownership of service delivery across a designated region. You'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repairs, inspections, and breakdown support while ensuring customers receive a first-class service every time.
\nThis is a pivotal role where you'll be at the heart of our operation, working closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to keep vehicles moving and service levels high.
What You'll Be Doing\n- \n
- Managing all maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities across your region. \n
- Coordinating and scheduling Mobile Service Engineers to maximise efficiency and customer response times. \n
- Planning and managing service inspection and maintenance contracts. \n
- Taking customer calls and logging repair and breakdown requests. \n
- Monitoring engineer workloads and reallocating resources as priorities change. \n
- Maintaining regular communication with customers, providing updates on job progress. \n
- Working closely with Service Control Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, and Customer Service teams. \n
- Ensuring all jobs, service records, and documentation are accurately maintained within company systems. \n
- Monitoring work-in-progress, overdue services, safety defects, and invoice queries. \n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects. \n
- Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. \n

- Excellent planning, scheduling, and organisational skills. \n
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment. \n
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. \n
- The ability to make informed decisions and solve problems under pressure. \n
- Confidence working with service management and scheduling systems. \n
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork. \n
- Strong administration and workload management skills. \n

- Experience within a service control, scheduling, planning, logistics, fleet, or engineering environment. \n
- Experience coordinating field-based engineers or mobile service teams. \n
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and service contract management. \n
- Understanding of KPIs, resource planning, and operational performance management. \n
