Are you currently working as a Junior Analyst or Researcher within executive remuneration, corporate governance, or financial services and looking to take the next step into a consulting role?

\n

Our clients, including leading Big Four and specialist boutique advisory firms, are seeking ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in Executive Remuneration Consulting.

This is an excellent opportunity to move from an analytical support role into a client-facing consulting position, where you'll work with FTSE-listed and international companies on executive pay, incentive design, corporate governance and shareholder engagement.

If you enjoy analysing complex remuneration and governance issues but are looking for greater client exposure, broader project work and structured career progression, this could be the ideal next move.

The Role

\n

Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll support clients on a wide range of executive remuneration projects, including:

\n
    \n
  • Executive remuneration strategy and incentive plan design
  • \n
  • Executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking
  • \n
  • Annual bonus and long-term incentive arrangements
  • \n
  • Directors' Remuneration Reports
  • \n
  • Corporate governance and remuneration regulations
  • \n
  • Shareholder and institutional investor expectations
  • \n
  • Market analysis and remuneration research
  • \n
  • Preparing client reports, presentations and committee papers
  • \n

As your experience grows, you'll take on increasing responsibility, develop client relationships and become a trusted adviser to Remuneration Committees, HR leaders and senior executives.

\n

About You

\n

We're keen to hear from candidates who are currently working as a Junior Analyst and can demonstrate:

\n
    \n
  • Around 6 months to 2 years' experience in executive remuneration, corporate governance, investor services or a similar analytical environment
  • \n
  • A First or 2:1 degree in Economics, Politics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Law or a related discipline
  • \n
  • Experience analysing executive remuneration, governance or financial information
  • \n
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • \n
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
  • \n
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in advising clients
  • \n
  • The ambition to move into a consulting career where you can develop trusted client relationships
  • \n
\n

Experience producing governance or remuneration reports for institutional investors, listed companies or advisory clients would be particularly advantageous.
