Project Manager – Data Centres (Site Delivery)

Location: West & South London

Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We're recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering complex projects within live data centre and mission-critical environments across West and South London.

Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on site, coordinating contractors, solving problems and driving projects forward rather than sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of M&E and infrastructure projects within live data centre environments.
\n
• Coordinating subcontractors, engineers and specialist installation teams.
\n
• Supporting the Senior Project Manager with project planning, reporting and commercial activities.
\n
• Managing site programmes, project milestones and resource allocation.
\n
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
\n
• Reviewing RAMS, permits and ensuring CDM compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
\n
• Acting as the primary point of contact on site for clients, contractors and internal teams.
\n
• Attending site meetings and coordinating project progress.
\n
• Identifying and resolving technical and delivery issues as they arise.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and project documentation.
\n

Experience We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with Project Managers who have experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors:

• Data Centres
\n
• Mission Critical Facilities
\n
• Building Services
\n
• M&E Contracting
\n
• Critical Infrastructure
\n
• Construction
\n
• Industrial or Technical Facilities
\n

You'll ideally have experience managing projects involving:

• Mechanical & Electrical installations
\n
• White Space fit-outs
\n
• Containment systems
\n
• Commissioning activities
\n
• Critical infrastructure upgrades
\n
• Live operational environments
\n
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes and working closely with engineers on site is essential
\n
• Experience with CDM Regulations, RAMS, Health & Safety and live critical environments will be highly advantageous
\n
