Passive Fire Site Manager

This role offers the chance to lead site teams and oversee the successful delivery of passive fire works, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.You will be working for a well-established contractor that values quality, safety and compliance, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality passive fire protection across a range of properties.As the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:Managing passive fire projects from mobilisation through to completionLeading and managing site teams, subcontractors and contractorsOverseeing fire stopping, compartmentation and fire door worksEnsuring all works are delivered to specification, programme and budgetCarrying out regular site inspections, quality checks and snaggingEnsuring compliance with relevant fire safety standards, regulations and project specificationsReviewing RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work are followedManaging project programmes and monitoring progress against deadlinesLiaising with clients, contractors and other key stakeholdersManaging site documentation, reports and project recordsSupporting with technical queries and resolving issues on siteEnsuring all passive fire works are completed to a high standard and handed over correctlyPassive Fire Site Manager qualifications / experience:Previous experience managing passive fire projectsStrong knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation and/or fire doorsExperience managing site teams, subcontractors and external contractorsStrong understanding of passive fire regulations, standards and best practiceExperience conducting quality inspections, audits and snaggingSMSTS qualificationFire safety or passive fire-related qualification desirableStrong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirementsAs the Passive Fire Site Manager, you will receive:£50,000 - £55,000Performance bonusCar allowance or company vehicleFamily private healthcareCompany pensionHybrid working25 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysCareer progression and supportIf this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the position, call Lexie on 07488 866707 or send over your updated CV to .TPBN1_UKTJ
