Join our team today.Lead the future of Operational TechnologyAt South West Water, we're investing in the systems and technologies that keep essential water and wastewater services running safely, securely and efficiently for millions of customers.We're looking for an experienced OT Delivery Manager to lead a team of Operational Technology Engineers responsible for delivering and supporting critical infrastructure across our operational estate. From SCADA and telemetry systems to PLCs, process control and communications technologies, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the resilience and performance of assets that underpin our services and support Critical National Infrastructure.This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys combining people management, service delivery, project execution and operational excellence.What you'll be doing:As OT Delivery Manager, you'll lead the delivery of Operational Technology services, projects and engineering activities across South West Water's operational environments.Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing a high-performing team of OT EngineersEnsuring the availability, performance, resilience and security of critical OT systemsManaging the delivery of OT projects and technical work programmesSupporting capital investment schemes and operational improvement initiativesActing as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issuesDriving compliance with cyber security, engineering governance and regulatory requirementsSupporting CDM compliance and promoting a strong HomeSafe cultureManaging suppliers and contractors to ensure safe, high-quality deliveryBuilding strong relationships with operational and project stakeholdersIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencyWhat we're looking for:You'll be an experienced leader with a background in Operational Technology, industrial automation, engineering or a related technical discipline.
