Electrical Maintenance engineerWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join a prestigious commercial building in Bond street, central London.This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer with strong mechanical knowledge to join a professional building services maintenance team. The role is highly client-facing, so we are looking for someone who is technically strong, presentable and confident communicating with clients and tenants.The RoleAs a Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for:Planned and reactive electrical maintenanceElectrical fault finding and general building services maintenanceMechanical maintenance across FCUs, AHUs, pumps, valves and associated plantCarrying out plant room checks and identifying faultsUsing a CAFM system to manage and update maintenance tasksWorking with and learning BMS and lighting control systemsLiaising directly with clients and tenantsProviding regular updates to the management teamLiaising with and managing subcontractors and specialist suppliersOccasionally supporting another engineer across sites in Mayfair and BelgraviaEnsuring all works are completed safely and to a high standardRequirementsRecognised electrical qualificationsStrong mechanical building services knowledgeExperience with AHUs, FCUs, pumps and valvesPrevious commercial building maintenance experienceStrong fault-finding abilityGood understanding of PPM and reactive maintenanceConfident using CAFM or similar maintenance systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsSmart, professional and comfortable in a client-facing environmentWillingness to learn new systems including BMS and lighting controlsConfident dealing with subcontractors and suppliersOvertimeThere is overtime available during evenings and weekends, providing the opportunity to increase your earnings.Candidates will need to be reasonably flexible, as occasional early starts or later finishes may also be required.This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer / Building Services Engineer looking to join a professional commercial maintenance environment in Central London.TPBN1_UKTJ
