We are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist provision in Islington, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and communication needs.

The Role:\n

  • Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support
    • \n
  • Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
    • \n
  • Assist with structured learning activities and interventions
    • \n
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
    • \n
  • Support pupils in achieving EHCP targets
    • \n
The Ideal Candidate:\n
    \n
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN
    • \n
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • \n
  • Calm, consistent, and adaptable approach
    • \n
  • Comfortable supporting personal care if required
    • \n
  • Passionate about child development and inclusion
    • \n
